Photogrametry

Photogrametry enable to get high precision information of the earth surface and position of various properties due to photos.
Should you need a modell of an operated facility and if centimeter precision is sufficient, we recommend the the photogrametry process. Following the fast photography, using a software we create the virtual model, that enable you to gain any information. We recommend this method especially for facades to be protected, to accurately survey of glass facades, to document interiors.

Laser scanning

The technic is principally used for industrial property survey, but as a precious and fast way, we recommend it for monuments surveys as well.
Laser scanning results a point cloud of which the software is able to generate surfaces. This method is recommended for:

Process

Result of the modern technology is a 3D cluster, where the drawing is an outcome. Model can have several levels.

Laserscanning results a point clouds which comes into existence by integratin of various measuring poins. It is suitable for survey or supervisory of fulfilment.
Combination of fotogrammetry and point cloud procedures can result a 3D model, which is already suitable for transformation, hence for redesign.
The above created elements can be made smart by manual or semi-automatic methods; this way a wall would not be a plan face any more, but a smart object.
Making an object smart has many ways, but for the future the most recommended solution is a process survey results upon BIM principles.

Inventory

There are many methods to run the inventory, depending the company conditions. Those ones applied bare-code or RFID system, the procedure implementacion is fast, other ones apply the convencional way; the assigned persons of the staff check each objects on the spot. The result shall be recorded alphanumerically, optionally by graphical way, and shall be categorized.
